  • How do you go that ‘extra mile' in your life?
The extra mile... life is a journey and I try my best to be my best. Personally the extra mile is really getting to know someone and put them at ease and relax.

Workout, cook, social media, drinks with friends. Oh, travel!
  • Tell us what you consider to be your greatest life experience.
There isn’t Just one. When I traveled internationally for the first time was incredible. Second would be weekend I moved to NYC with no job, no money and no where to live and didn’t know a single person.
  • What is your ‘niche’?
Hmmm... I’m very hairy and most guys seem to LOVE it. In my profile and IG (@seanpeytonnyc) I’m able to pull off many looks. I’m currently very hairy with a full beard.
  • What’s your lifestyle? What makes you who you are?
Being healthy and staying in good physical health. My post experience, good and bad, have molded me into the person I am today. My background is in fitness and nightlife, so helping others is what I thrive on.
  • If you have to pick one thing that everyone else should absolutely know about you, what would it be?
I get hangry. When I need to eat, it need to happen soon. Also, at first I seem super laid back, but I do have a touch of OCD.
  • If you and I were on the beach having some wine and great food, what would you tell me about yourself.
That’s such an open ended question. It all depends on the connection, the beach and the person. So many stories to tell, it’s all in the energy in the moment. And how many glasses of wine 🍷 we’ve had.
  • What should others absolutely know about you?
You’ve heard that song Sweet but Psycho? It’s about me.
  • What would you like your followers to know about you that is unique and even a bit personal?
I allow myself to be vulnerable. I let others see the real person behind this profile. Compassion makes for a beautiful life.
  • What kind of diet and fitness regiment do you follow?
I follow something that is sustainable. I allow myself treats but eat pretty clean. Good rule of thumb, (I don’t always follow this) if it comes prepared in a box it’s probably not great for you. Don’t get my wrong I love my eggo’s and ice cream. With exercise I change it up. Weightlifting 4-5 times a week and a couple yoga and spin classes.

    2. My passport 🌎
    3. Google maps 🗺

  • What are your greatest personal traits?
Honesty is very important and I hold others to that same standard. I’ll never hold back from telling you how it is or if there is an issue. It’s also the fastest way to resolve (sometime start) conflict or disagreements.

Travel, patio bars, walk around New York City, talking to strangers with dogs (of just talking to the dogs), work out (yoga, spin, free weights), skiing and wakeboarding are just a few.
